What Types of Payments do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. If you wish to use another form of payment e.g., cheque or direct bank transfer, you can choose the 'email' option in the shopping cart and we will contact you regarding payment. We do not offer credit.

How long does delivery take ?

Orders are usually dispatched the same day providing the order is received before 1 PM or the next day if the order is received after this time. We do our best to keep the web site up to date but on the rare occasion that your item is not in stock we will contact you to inform you of an expected dispatch date. Delivery is usually 2 - 3 days by DHL but this is not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for delays. if you are not in when your items arrive DHL will leave a card with details of where you can collect your package.

How much will delivery cost ?

Our standard delivery charge is £6.50 + VAT for mainland UK. This may vary on some very large or bulky items but in these cases the cost will be clearly stated before you process your order.

Are my details secure ?

We use SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ) to protect your information on our web site. You can tell when you are on secure pages because of the padlock icon that appears on your browser toolbar on the lower right hand corner. Any pages where you are asked to submit personal information are protected this way.

What happens if my goods are faulty ?

When your goods arrive please check that the packaging is not damaged before you sign for them. If you find that your goods are faulty please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. All our goods are covered by their standard manufacturers warranty.
